Please be aware that Wickham Laboratories is currently experiencing severe technical issues with its telephone and email connections. Around mid afternoon Wednesday 27 February, our external telephone and Internet lines were interrupted. The fault is in the local area and not associated with our site exchange / server. At present we continue to be unable to make or receive phone calls to our reception number 01329 226600, or any direct lines. Mobile numbers are unaffected. Likewise we cannot send or receive emails / faxes. We are in contact with BT who have engineers working to repair the fault. We will update this news page when connections have been restored later today, otherwise we will update further. Wickham Laboratories apologise for this inconvenience which unfortunately is beyond control.
