Wickham Laboratories were very pleased to receive a positive report following the inspection in September 2010. The inspection lasted 2 days and the inspector was delighted with the commitment from staff to the quality system and the quality of work carried out. The inspector commented on the excellent pro-active approach with clients and in particular, gave praise for the Product Data Standard Sheets because they gave clear, positive instructions on how to deal every sample that is received and because they were reviewed by the clients, gave visibility for the work undertaken. The inspector noted that all the data observed was clearly presented and of good quality; the inspector was impressed with the clarity and the structure of the forms that Wickham Labs used.
