Last week’s fault was a consequence of site demolition work nearby to Hoeford Point. Fibre optic telecommunication cables were accidentally severed.
We have been fortunate that all outbound and inbound emails were queued during this period and so hopefully we have caught up with all communications sent during the 24hour period when connections were down.
